The Philadelphia Learning Collaborative (PLC) is a grassroots nonprofit committed to increasing the number and quality of student-centered schools in the city. Student-centered is defined differently across the sector.     The Philadelphia Learning Collaborative membership is diverse. Our members come from public, charter, and independent schools, schools of education from Philadelphia’s leading universities, education nonprofits, and The School District of Philadelphia.
