A tuition-free, 16-week, in-person business workshop for high school juniors and seniors interested in exploring a career in real-estate.

Sessions will be facilitated by professionals from the Community First Fund, Cash Now Philly, and Truist Bank and will cover topics including: how to start a real-estate business; buying, renovating and selling houses; understanding the real-estate market; and financial literacy for business owners.

Students will also engage in group projects, have job shadow opportunities, and complete online learning modules at their own pace outside of
workshop time.

Students who successfully complete the Starting a Business Course offered by the My Own Business Institute at Santa Clara University can earn a certificate of completion from the University.

Sessions will be held at the Science Center, 3675 Market Street in Philadelphia.
